Overview

As an IT Support Specialist at airSlate, you will be the first line of defense for our users' needs, providing excellent customer support and resolving various support issues.

In Short

  • Customer service driven role focused on IT support.
  • Collaborate with other Support Specialists and report to the Support Manager.
  • Monitor ticketing systems and ensure key metrics are met.
  • Provide support via ticketing systems, chat, and phone.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English.
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the US market.
  • Experience with Jira and MySQL is a plus.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Meet personal/team targets for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a Support Specialist position in an IT company.
  • Passion for helping others and strong customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Strong prioritization and detail-oriented skills.
  • Technical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential.
  • BA degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a plus.
