Overview

As a CX Ops Engineer, you will design and optimize our post-sales customer experience engine, owning our CX operating system and tech stack to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in CX ops or related roles.
• Expert proficiency with CX tech stacks and automation platforms.
• Ability to implement AI-driven workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience creating enablement content and training materials.
• Adept at building cross-functional relationships.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
• SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
