Sift Healthcare is seeking a skilled ML Ops Engineer to join our growing data science team. This role will focus on deploying, optimizing, and monitoring machine learning and Generative AI models in production environments. It requires a blend of engineering expertise and an understanding of machine learning principles. You will collaborate closely with GenAI Developers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure our machine learning and GenAI infrastructure is robust and scalable.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an ML Ops Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Expertise with infrastructure-as-code frameworks, preferably Terraform.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools for model performance.
• Experience with healthcare data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong leadership experience.
