In Short

• Own the reliability, health, and observability of IoT devices.
• Work with embedded systems and backend infrastructure.
• Design tools and monitoring pipelines for device performance.
• Build internal platforms for fleet monitoring and diagnostics.
• Analyze logs and telemetry to resolve issues.
• Conduct health assessments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and hardware teams.
• Travel occasionally (~20%) for QA and on-site debugging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; C++ is a plus.
• Experience with distributed Linux-based hardware.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog).
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Background in wireless connectivity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
