As our first Local Demand Gen Specialist, you’ll own executing and experimenting with strategies to increase demand at our parking facilities.

• Manage local Google Ads, Craigslist, and SpotHero to increase demand.
• Explore new channels like email outreach and direct mail.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on results.
• Drive SEO strategy to rank for high-intent searches.
• Develop landing pages and email sequences for lead conversion.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts translate into business impact.
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Generate demand from local businesses needing parking.
• Test new channels, messages, and tactics.
• Craft persuasive and effective messaging for various platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in running and optimizing email campaigns.
• Expertise in running local Google Ads.
• Experience with SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
• Ability to measure results and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable working autonomously without a predefined playbook.
