Overview

AireSpring is seeking a seasoned network engineer to join their global Managed Services team as a Tier 3 support specialist. This role involves solving complex networking problems and supporting mission-critical networks for enterprise clients.

In Short

• Provide Tier 3 support for diverse network environments.
• Troubleshoot advanced routing protocols.
• Support SD-WAN platforms and wireless LAN controllers.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice services.
• Collaborate with field techs and ISPs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Analyze SIP traffic and maintain documentation.
• Design and implement network security solutions.
• Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA and Fortinet NSE 4.
• 5+ years of experience in network and voice support roles.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms and virtualization.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
