Senior Solutions Engineer, Partnerships - EMEA - Remote

Aircall is a place where voices are valued. We are looking for an outstanding Sr. Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue team in Europe as part of an amazing tech startup!

In Short

• Scaling the Aircall partner ecosystem and their capabilities.
• Collaborate with Aircall Partner Account Managers to close and build our ecosystem of new partners.
• Conduct technical assessments of new partners.
• Provide technical training and resources to partners.
• Provide technical product expertise to partners.
• Develop integration guides and technical documentation.
• Coach partners on delivering Aircall demonstrations.
• Driving and improving revenue generated from the partnerships channel.
• Respond to technical and functional elements of RFXs.
• Support partners in client-facing activities.

Requirements

• Thrilled by understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle.
• Curious and critical thinker.
• Experience in business, sales, and technology.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Based in or near one of our EMEA offices.
• At least two years of experience as a Solutions/Sales Engineer.
• Experience in partnerships role is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
