As a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer in the Trust team at Airbnb, you will focus on building technology that ensures safety and trust within the community by combating fraud and enhancing user interactions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning.
• 2-3+ years with LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in CS/ML or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of ML best practices and algorithms.
• Experience with AgenticAI, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Industry experience in building and productionizing ML models.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and A/B testing.
• Experience in Trust and Risk domain is a plus.
