• Drive design and implementation of scalable ML/AI systems.
• Leverage foundation models for prototyping and production.
• Fine-tune LLMs for enterprise applications.
• Develop infrastructure for training and deployment of AI models.
• Optimize model performance for latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Provide mentorship to other engineers.
• Translate research ideas into enterprise-grade ML systems.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and MLOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Machine Learning, 3+ years with LLMs or NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with foundational models (OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and prompt engineering.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Deep experience with cloud services, especially AWS.
• Experience deploying AI systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills for technical ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
