Overview

We are looking for a thoughtful, analytically rigorous, and strategically minded finance professional to partner with our Community Support Product and Experience team. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, product and operations, evaluating the impact of what we build, shaping how we invest in the Airbnb customer experience, and ensuring Community Support initiatives are connected to Airbnb's broader company priorities.

In Short

• Build frameworks to measure ROI and cost-effectiveness of technology in Community Support.
• Develop financial and strategic analyses for support models and AI impact.
• Maintain CS Tech cost forecasts and vendor spend tracking.
• Refine financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide deal support for negotiations with Tech vendors.
• Collaborate on Community Support initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic finance or related fields.
• Strong ownership and resilience under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Superb financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in ambiguous environments with actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn.
