As the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Airbnb, you will play a high-visibility role impacting Airbnb’s operational efficiency, stakeholder success, and bottom line.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing and negotiation efforts.
• Experience with AI or data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of supplier management and risk mitigation.
• Limited travel may be required (<10%).
