In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our community channels (Emails, our forum, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram and others)
  • Implement a long-term community growth strategy
  • Ensure company engagement with our community, monitor replies, and coach team members on effective engagement
  • Create internal guidelines for community engagement by other RTINGS.com staff
  • Directly engage with the community where required (e.g. answering questions, responding to emails, etc.)

Requirements

  • You understand the RTINGS.com brand, and what differentiates us
  • Good English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
