• Analyze platform usage patterns to optimize user engagement.
• Support new feature development by monitoring user interactions.
• Establish and track key feature KPIs with Product Managers.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to address user pain points.
• Enhance analytics processes for accurate insights.
• 8+ years of experience in Analytics or Product domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• B.Sc or equivalent studies; Master's degree is an advantage.
