Overview

As a Customer Base Account Executive (CBAE), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base, focusing on identifying whitespace opportunities and strengthening executive-level relationships.

In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers in the 250–1000 employee segment.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct whitespace analysis to uncover areas for expansion.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Engage key decision-makers in HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
  • Maintain and update account plans in Salesforce.
  • Progress opportunities through defined sales stages.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving quota in an account management role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with sales technology (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
