Overview

The Patient Account Representative Lead will oversee and guide the patient account representatives in their tasks related to patient accounts, ensuring compliance and effective operations.

In Short

  • Lead and coordinate shift operations of assigned activities and staff.
  • Serve as a technical or functional resource.
  • Assign, monitor, and review progress of work.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate orientation and training of associates.
  • Provide input in staff performance evaluations.
  • Perform duties of a Patient Account Representative.
  • Handle other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Work during day shifts.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks related to the job.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent use of vision and hearing for communication.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks like bending and stooping.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • No professional license required.
  • Must be available for day shifts.
