Agero is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Platform Configuration Ops team, focusing on client configuration and platform stability within an Agile development process.

In Short

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for a SaaS platform.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using JIRA.
Collaborate with Scrum Managers to create testing strategies.
Perform regression, integration, and functional testing.
Knowledge of Load/Performance testing is a plus.
Basic knowledge of API concept testing.
Analyze test results and work closely with developers.
Continuously improve QA processes.
Participate in Agile team meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in QA tools such as SoapUI, JIRA, and others.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks like Selenium.
Familiarity with scripting languages JavaScript and Ruby.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
