Overview

The Customer Success Manager - Documentation will work closely with customers to ensure they receive maximum value from the platform, acting as a bridge between AI-generated suggestions and user-ready content.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in technical writing or customer success at a software company.
  • Experience with Markdown, Git, pull-request reviews, and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of APIs/SDKs and developer toolchain.
  • Comfortable with AI-assisted content and prompt design.
  • Excellent written English and simplification of complex topics.
  • Self-starter with a focus on outcomes.
