Overview

The Sales Development Representative will be a highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mindset that will help drive demand for AgencyBloc’s Solutions. You will work to uncover new opportunities, learn about prospect’s business challenges and concisely communicate the value of AgencyBloc.

• Hybrid position requiring onsite work in Clive, Iowa 3 days a week.
• Base pay of $45,000 plus commission.
• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Use Hubspot to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct qualification calls with prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Reps for warm lead hand-offs.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Experience in a SaaS B2B selling environment is ideal.
• Knowledge of the Health and Life Insurance industry is a plus.
• Passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
