Overview

AG1 is looking for a Senior Manager, Referral & Advocacy to drive the success of our new AG1 customer ambassador program, ensuring it delivers incremental business growth while creating a world-class customer experience.

• Drive and optimize referral marketing strategies.
• Lead the implementation and management of referral programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ambassador and/or referral program management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving goals.
• Creative thinker who loves building programs.
• DTC, Retention or Referral experience preferred.
