Senior Product Manager, Key & Enterprise - Remote

In Short

• Drive execution on our Key + Enterprise roadmap in partnership with our largest merchant customers
• Drive success metrics by shipping high impact work that meaningfully moves the needle for Affirm’s business and customers
• Partner effectively with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Revenue, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud, etc) to shape your product roadmap
• Understand Affirm’s users and our Key + Enterprise customers at a deep level
• Identify and create the experiences that make it seamless for merchants to deliver an incredible buy now, pay later experience to consumers

Requirements

• This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch
• This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• You’re equally comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer, iterating on a Figma with a designer, and breaking down a funnel with a data analyst
• You’ve built products for Enterprise customers before
• You have the discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• You’ve worked in an environment where you were reliant on engineering teams outside of your direct purview
• You’re the kind of person who cares about getting things done
• You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan
• You have direct experience shipping high-quality products on time
• You feel comfortable jumping into the commercial aspects of product development
• Bonus points: experience in Fintech, Lending, eCommerce, or BNPL
