• You will be responsible for owning and delivering quarterly goals for your team.
• Lead engineers on your team through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.

• Identify project, process, technology or business issues and advocate for solutions.
• Create and monitor metrics to support the operations and availability of your team’s artifacts.
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership on your team.
• Help develop talent on your team by providing feedback and guidance.
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems.
• Proficient in technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
• Track record of developing highly available distributed systems.
• Experience in defining technical plans for significant features or system components.
• Proficient at making significant changes in a large code base.
• Ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
