• Partner with Engineering Leadership to identify and develop talent strategies that align with the business goals.
• Deliver timely education on people-related matters across the organization.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Provide guidance on performance feedback and compensation changes.
• Collaborate on the development of People programs including recruiting and retention.
• Promote a high-performance culture through engagement survey action planning.
• Execute core Talent Management processes like performance calibration and succession planning.
• Analyze people-related data to support business decision-making.
• Guide organizational change initiatives.
• Develop and execute DEI strategies for an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• 5+ years in People related roles with 3+ years as a People Business Partner.
• Experience supporting the Engineering function is a plus.
• Experience coaching leaders through performance management issues.
• Intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues.
• Ability to establish relationships as a trusted partner to Leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• A doer mentality with the ability to translate vision into action.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
