Overview

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. We are looking for an experienced Platform Account Executive (AE) to help Affirm grow our market share by launching Affirm with platforms that partner with our key strategic payment partners.

In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise platform companies.
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive, competitive proposals that drive new business opportunities.
  • Successfully lead negotiations and related contract terms.
  • Independently manage your sales pipeline according to best practices.
  • Contribute to shaping our platform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel into defined territory quarterly to meet with potential new platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of solution selling into strategic accounts.
  • A successful track record in providing thought leadership in the platform space.
  • Demonstration of consistent ability to over-achieve quotas.
  • Possession of qualification skills to recognize high value opportunities.
  • The ability to navigate internal cross functional teams.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
