Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in credit strategy or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with data mining, visualization, and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques in credit risk management.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to mentor analytical teams and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience in translating regulatory insights into credit strategies.
