In Short

• Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies.
• Partner with Engineering on building effective risk model and credit risk capabilities.
• Monitor portfolio as well as macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance.
• Oversee adjustments to underwriting strategies to mitigate risk.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of credit analysts.
• Oversee team resources and manage workload distribution.
• May telecommute.
• Supervises direct reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience in data mining and data visualization.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for credit risk management.
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics to develop credit strategies.
• Monitoring model performance.
