• Lead the development of Tilt's loss mitigation toolkit for Credit Card products.

• Manage partnerships with Debt Settlement Companies and Collections vendors.
• Own the strategy for delinquent customers and maximize recovery opportunities.
• Conduct data analyses to inform strategies and execution.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in engineering, business, finance, computer science or mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and credit risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams independently.
• Empathy for customers and a passion for financial health.
• Experience in designing tests and credit policies.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Preferred experience in a bank or FinTech focusing on credit analytics.
