In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day decisions about offers surfaced to users.
  • Develop frameworks to prioritize competing merchant offers.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives for marketplace performance.
  • Conduct loan-level profitability analyses.
  • Analyze customer lifetime value and acquisition costs.
  • Evaluate affiliate portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in analytics, preferably in marketplace businesses.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and affiliate platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user experience and profitability tradeoffs.
  • Knowledge of backend search systems is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex analyses.
  • Ability to align operational work with business objectives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of driving results amidst competing priorities.
