Senior Product Manager, Card Experience - Remote

In Short

• Define and own the Card Acquisition roadmap for new growth channels.
• Launch and scale new acquisition surfaces with Engineering and Design.
• Design and execute acquisition programs with measurable CAC→LTV impact.
• Own funnel performance end-to-end and implement robust incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and the Card Foundations team.
• Continuously experiment and iterate to maximize conversion and expand cardholder base.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management with a focus on growth/distribution channels.
• Experience shipping consumer financial or regulated products.
• Deep fluency in experiment design and CAC→LTV optimization.
• Strong UX instincts for onboarding experiences across web and app.
• Data analysis skills (SQL/Amplitude) with a bias for quick iteration.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related fields.
