As a Marketplace Analytics Manager at Affirm, you will play a critical role in optimizing offer performance, driving user engagement, and delivering both merchant value and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day decisions about user offers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in analytics, preferably in marketplace businesses.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and affiliate platforms.
  • Understanding of user experience and profitability tradeoffs.
  • Knowledge of backend search systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex analyses.
  • Align operational work with business objectives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of driving results amidst competing priorities.
