The Associate Manager will oversee Utilization Management staff and ensure the development of high performing teams while meeting operational and quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted RN license.
  • 3+ years inpatient clinical experience.
  • 3+ years of Managed Care experience.
  • 3+ years of Utilization Management experience.
  • 1+ year Leadership experience.
  • 1+ years of MS Office suite experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support staff.
  • Time efficient and highly organized.
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data.
