Overview

As a Health Coach Consultant at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in improving health outcomes for individuals living with diabetes by providing telephonic support and education.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• CDE or CDCES certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
