Requirements

• Track record in commercial delivery and business development.
• Experience in delivering Health consulting advice.
• Advanced knowledge of Group Health products.
• IF7 qualification or working towards it.
• Understanding of FCA procedures.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative selling skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Effective communication skills.
