Overview

As a Customer Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing technical support, assisting consumers by phone from Athens, Greece.

In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, following established processes
• Log customer queries and feedback accurately
• Handle customer complaints according to escalation policies
• Ensure support requests are addressed within service levels
• Troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Native or fluent Italian language skills
• Good command of English (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good active listening and communication abilities
