Talent Acquisition & People Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Partner to work with our leaders to find and support the best talent in the market while ensuring the quality of the processes.

In Short

• Analyze profiles and attract candidates.
• Publish and disseminate according to each profile we seek (strategy development with our communication team).
• Conduct various stages in the selection process.
• Generate proposals and iterate our process to ensure a great experience for participants.
• Participate and generate Employer Branding actions.
• Actively participate in Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
• Track KPIs with the People team.
• Support area leaders in managing their teams, including career development, handling difficult situations, training, etc.
• Carry out administrative processes: ABM’s, input and update employee database, monthly reports, and contract tracking.
• Manage and create internal events.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies.
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ability to analyze and track KPIs.
• Organizational skills for managing events and administrative tasks.
