Financial Manager - Remote

Overview

Aerolab is looking for a person to manage the financial plan, operational accounting, and cash flow of the company with a strong analytical profile and organizational skills.

In Short

• Manage the economic and financial plan and monitor deviations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to C-Level including key business indicators and ad-hoc requests.
• Administer the accounting book and documentation.
• Perform tax control and support during audits.
• Develop and update the cash flow annually, quarterly, and monthly including the management of surpluses and capital needs.
• Manage the company's payments and collections.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with accounting firms, registered agents, insurance companies, and other key vendors.
• Payroll administration and preparation of payroll updates.
