• Independent Consultants needed for Construction Consulting Services.
• Perform Project Status Reports for various commercial properties.
• Review drawings and construction plans for completeness.
• Assist Project Managers with budget analysis.
• Communicate with subcontractors regarding project scope and schedule.

• Must have a minimum of six years of estimating experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
• Certification by relevant professional organizations is desirable.
• Must be physically fit to manage construction site tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with Timberline, BIM, On-Screen Takeoff, or iSqFt.
• Knowledge of construction best practices and building codes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work as a team member and deliver on-time service.
• Must have a firm grasp of spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with the entitlement/permitting process is a plus.
• California Independent Contractors must follow AB5 guidelines.
