Advocate aims to reduce long wait times and bureaucratic obstacles of the current government benefits application process by developing a unified intake system for the Social Security Administration, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, crossed with the knowledge and experience of our small team of EDPNA’s and case managers.

In Short

  • Key player in welcoming and guiding new claimants.
  • Handle the intake process for new clients.
  • Ensure accuracy of forms and filing appeals.
  • Create fully-developed initial applications (IAs) for submission.
  • Pass cases to the Case Manager after initial steps.
  • Focus on client success and detail-oriented tasks.
  • Opportunity to build a strong foundation for new cases.
  • No pressure of managing an ongoing caseload.
