The Vice President of Teammate Health & Safety will integrate and harmonize health and safety policies across the enterprise, ensuring programs support a culture of zero-harm and teammate engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• 10 years of healthcare experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of health regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience in developing organizational strategies.
• Master’s degree preferred.
