Overview

The Field Experience Operations Coordinator is a full-time team member responsible for coordinating student field experience progress and development, ensuring students are prepared for their field experiences in social work programs.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for students regarding field experience.
• Coordinate operations and academic review of field experience applications.
• Assist graduate students in their field experience requirements.
• Work with field site contacts to establish affiliation agreements.
• Track and maintain field experience resources and student files.
• Develop communications to students and faculty.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Partner with staff on projects to improve student satisfaction.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited university required.
• 2+ years of experience with student support in a university setting.
• Experience in academic counseling preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume activities.
• Commitment to diversity and social change goals.
• Ability to work with non-traditional students.
• Leadership in coordinating administrative aspects of field experience.
• Ability to address student questions regarding field experience.
• Willingness to travel for work-related activities.
