Requirements

• Earned PhD in Criminal Justice or a closely related field.
• Three or more years of teaching experience at the degree level.
• Strong commitment to student learning in a distance education setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with distance learning preferred.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
