Requirements

• PhD in Criminal Justice or closely related field.
• 3+ years of teaching experience at the degree level.
• Record of intellectual and professional contributions.
• Experience with distance learning preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to provide mentoring and advising.
• Commitment to diversity in faculty recruitment.
• Reliable internet access and proficiency in relevant software.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Willingness to comply with university policies.
