Overview

The Academic Program Coordinator for the Forensic Psychology Programs is responsible for providing general support and specialization coordination within the program, working closely with faculty and administration to ensure effective communication and policy adherence.

• Develop and maintain communication mechanisms for policies and procedures.
• Monitor implementation of mentoring and doctoral study policies.
• Coordinate timely communication of faculty mentor assignments.
• Assist in research related to program initiatives.
• Ensure timely communication of program changes to stakeholders.
• Support satisfactory student experiences through outreach.
• Maintain faculty data in the official database.
• Assist in tracking faculty student loads.
• Coordinate course assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• PhD in Forensic Psychology or similar discipline required.
• Experience in online distance-learning environment.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in Windows, especially Excel.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
