Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science focused on client segmentation and marketing optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data management and machine learning.
• Deep knowledge of classification models and propensity scoring.
• Experience with model interpretability techniques like SHAP and LIME.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
