Overview

The Data Analyst will transform raw data into reliable, accessible, and actionable insights that empower business teams to make better decisions. This role acts as a bridge between data and the business, building and maintaining scalable analytics workflows while promoting data stewardship across the organization.

In Short

• Understand Addi’s data ecosystem, including event structures and transactional systems.
• Deliver high-quality dashboards and reports to business stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc business requests and operational support.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives to improve business visibility.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for automating data workflows.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT tools.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to data quality and best practices in data management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Understanding of data models and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business teams.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
