Overview

The Senior Director, Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, supporting them in the delivery of both enterprise-wide and local people strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and HR expert, this role leverages data-driven insights, builds strong relationships, and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to design and implement programs that enable business objectives. The Senior Director ensures alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals, driving talent strategies that foster growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight years of HR transactional experience required.
• Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR professional credentials preferred.
