Overview

The Senior Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of the HR function for a team of over 330 employees, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace while leading HR strategies and initiatives.

• Oversee all HR functions including recruiting, training, and employee relations.
• Act as a strategic partner with the operations team.
• Manage and mentor HR staff and Business Office Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed.
• Computer literate with experience in Windows and MS Office.
