Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in healthcare customer service or related field
  • Two years of experience for senior level positions
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Adaptable to changing environments
  • Detail-oriented
