Accounts Payable Team Leader (Maternity Cover) - Remote

Overview

Step into a key leadership role as an Accounts Payable Team Leader (maternity cover), where you'll drive high performance across a global AP team. You'll ensure seamless invoice and payment operations for multiple international entities, keeping everything running smoothly, accurately, and on time.

In Short

• Monitor and allocate daily tasks to the team.
• Review supplier invoice processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Organise adhoc payment runs ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Resolve queries as they arise.
• Assist with general AP-related tasks.

• Assist with month-end reporting.
• Support year-end audit and tax returns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or related roles.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Netsuite, Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in the tech industry.
