Accounts Payable Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Team Lead will work remotely and be responsible for managing vendor invoices, financial reconciliations, and supporting the Corporate Controller in various accounting tasks.

In Short

• Work closely with the Controller to close books every month.
• Maintain vendor invoices with accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile selected GL accounts, including cash and accrual accounts.
• Control vendor invoices in the ERP system.
• Prepare vendor-based monthly reconciliations.
• Automate processes through in-house initiatives and third-party vendors.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and monitor accounts payable aging analysis.
• Set up wires, ACH, and book transfers.
• Communicate with vendors as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Experience in accounts payable and financial reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
