Team Lead, Global Accounts Payable - Marketing - Remote

Overview

This role is expected to provide guidance to the Global Accounts Payable team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of Accounts payable and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Supervises the AP Team and leads the team in the conduct of Invoice Processing.
• Addresses vendor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provides strategic support to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Prepares and reviews AP reports for accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensures compliance with accounting standards in accounts payable management.
• Seeks improvements in processes and systems.
• Establishes performance goals for the accounts payable team.
• Coaches and supports the accounts payable team.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Presentation Software.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Creative thinking and performance-minded.
• Strong team approach.
• Ability to motivate and coach others.
• Fluent English Level.
